This article explains how to request a new Eligibility.
- Click the Eligibility option under the Billing tab in the left navigation.

- You can also access the Eligibility module by clicking the "+" icon and selecting the Eligibility & Benefits option.

- In the Eligibility module, click the orange Request Eligibility button on the top right corner. A pop-up will appear.

- In this screen, enter the information to create a new Eligibility Request. This screen will also show how many remaining requests are available for the facility.
- Select the Patient Name.
- Select the Authorization from the list.
- Select Benefit Type.
- Enter the Date.
- Select the NPI number.
- Click on "Request Eligibility'.
- Once it is processed, the response will be opened in a new tab.
