This article below details on how to request a new Eligibility.
- Click the Eligibility option under the Billing tab in the left navigation.
- Another way to access the Eligibility module is the click the "+" icon and select the Eligibility & Benefit option.
- In the Eligibility module, click the Request Eligibility button.
- In this screen, enter the information to create a new Eligibility Request. This screen will also show how many remaining requests are available for the facility.
- Select the Patient Name.
- Select the Authorization from the list.
- Select Benefit type.
- Enter the date.
- Select the NPI number.
- Click on "Request Eligibility'.
- Once it is processed, the response will be opened in a new tab.
