Creating a new eligibility request can be a bit challenging; however, TherapyPM simplifies the process for you!
To request a new eligibility with TherapyPM, please follow the steps below
- Navigate to Billing > Eligibility.

- Click on Request Eligibility (top right corner).

- Fill in the following details:
- Patient Name: Select the patient's name using the dropdown.
- Auth: Select the patient's authorization using the dropdown.
- Benefit Type: Select the benefit type using the dropdown.
- Date: Select the date range using the calendar.
- NPI: Select the NPI using the dropdown.
- Request eligibility, finally!

Shortcut
You can also add the new eligibility request directly from the Quick Icon Tray, no matter where you are in TherapyPM!
- Click on the "+" icon.

- Select Eligibility & Benefits.

- It will redirect you to the Eligibility & Benefits page.
- Follow the above steps to request a new eligibility.
To effectively manage eligibility and requests in TherapyPM, please follow the steps below:
- Navigate to Billing > Eligibility.

- The eligibility and benefits requests table is displayed here. You can also filter the data by Patient, Insurance, or Date for customization.

- The table consists of the following information:

- Inquiry ID: Shows the inquiry ID.
- Processed Date: Shows when the request was processed.
- Patient Name: Shows the patient's name for the particular eligibility request.
- Insurance: Displays the insurance payer used.
- Benefit Type: Displays the benefit type.
- Coverage: Displays the coverage status, indicating whether it was successful or failed.
- Action: View the eligibility form here.
