This article below details on how to request a new Eligibility.


  1. Click the Eligibility option under the Billing tab in the left navigation.
  2. Another way to access the Eligibility module is the click the "+" icon and select the Eligibility & Benefit option.
  3. In the Eligibility module, click the Request Eligibility button.
  4. In this screen, enter the information to create a new Eligibility Request. This screen will also show how many remaining requests are available for the facility.
    1. Select the Patient Name.
    2. Select the Authorization from the list.
    3. Select Benefit type.
    4. Enter the date.
    5. Select the NPI number.
    6. Click on "Request Eligibility'. 
    7. Once it is processed, the response will be opened in a new tab.
