This article explains how clients can pay their balances.

Access and pay your outstanding balance and invoice. 


  1. Click the My Invoice(s) tab in the left navigation.
  2. You will be navigated to the Manage Invoice(s) tab to view all the invoices sent for the patient. 
  3. Click the orange Action button on the top right to manage the invoice. 
  4. To view the invoice, select the Print Invoice option It will redirect you to invoice sheet.
  5. To pay the invoice, select the Pay via Credit Card option. It will redirect you to payment page.
  6. Enter the below information to complete the payment:

    1. Card Holder's First Name

    2. Card Holder's Last Name

    3. The Card Number.

    4. Expiry Month & Year 

    5. CVV

    6. Notes: Any note for referance.

    7. Click the Pay button to complete the payment.
