This article explains how you can set-up your patient's statuses and files. 
  1. Navigate to the Settings tab from the navigation menu on your screen's left side.
  2. Locate the Patient Setup tab. Click on the Patient Settings option. 
  3. On this page, you can create and set up: 
    1. Patient Status
    2. Misc. Settings
    3. Patient Files Type
    4. Patient Notes Access


PATIENT STATUS

This section helps in creating, editing, and managing custom patient status options in the Patient module. It also includes toggling visibility and assigning patients to specific statuses. 

How to Add Patient Status?

  1. Locate the "Patient Status" option in the Patient Settings, under Patient Set-Up, to create and edit custom patient status.
  2. Click on the "Add Patient Status" button. A new screen will pop up.
  3. Input the status and click on the "Save" button.



  1. Switch ON the toggle to assign the patients to the Active status. 
  2. Switch ON and OFF the toggle to activate the Show function.
    1. Turn ON Toggle: The patients assigned to this status are available in the All Patient list in the Patient module.
    2. Turn OFF Toggle: Patients assigned to this status will be hidden in the software, meaning they will not be available in the All Patient list in the Patient module.
  3. Edit Status: Click on the pen-paper icon and modify the status title. Save changes!
  4. Delete Status: Click on the red trash icon.


MISC. SETTINGS

Miscellaneous settings consist of three toggle features that can be turned ON or OFF, as shown in the image below. Just turn ON or OFF the toggle button for activating or deactivating the features. 



PATIENT FILE TYPE

This section highlights how to create, edit, and delete custom file types for patient-related documents, such as adding relevant titles and saving those changes. 



How to Create Patient File Type?

  1. Locate the "Patient Files Type" option in Patient Settings under Patient Set-Up
  2. Click on the orange "Add Patient File Type" button on the top right corner. A pop-up will appear. 
  3. Input the relevant title for the preferred file. 
  4. Save changes finally!



  1. For further actions, follow these steps:
    1. Edit File Type: Click on the blue pen and paper icon. 
    2. Delete File Type: Click on the red trash icon. 



PATIENT NOTES ACCESS

This list displays the notes available in the system, including those with granted access for all patients in the facility. 

  • Use the checkbox to select the notes for patient view access. 
  • Save changes finally!
