This article details on how to view SMS/ Email setting setup for patients in TherapyPM.


There are two sections in this module:

  • Email Settings.
  • SMS Settings.


Email Settings

  1. Access the Email Setting screen by clicking the SMS/ Email Settings option under Appointment Setup.
  2. All the email settings set up for a patient will be available. 
  3. You can navigate the email settings by Patient Name, Date, and Service. Drop-down boxes are available under these respective headings. 



SMS Settings


  1. Access the SMS Setting screen by clicking the SMS/ Email Settings option under Appointment Setup.
  2. All the SMS settings set up for a patient will be available. 
  3. The settings along with the message content are available in the table. 
  4. Turn the toggle ON to send the SMS reminders for that patient.
