This article details on how to view SMS/ Email setting setup for patients in TherapyPM.
You will be able to view and manage all upcoming email and SMS reminders that have been sent to clients from this page. This helps you stay on top of communication and ensure reminders are delivered as expected.
Email Settings

- Access the Email Setting screen by clicking the SMS/ Email Settings option under Appointment Setup.
- You will be able to view the upcoming the emails that is et you send.
- You can navigate the email settings by Patient Name, Date, and Service.
- You will be able to view the template of the email by accessing the eye icon.
- Access the Send toggle in the Status column.
If you want to restrict the reminder from being sent, turn the Send toggle OFF.
If you want the reminder to be sent as scheduled, ensure the Send toggle is ON.
SMS Settings
