This article explains how to edit or update the primary authorization.


  1. Click the Patient(s) tab in the left navigation.
  2. In the Patients list, select the patient.
  3. In the patient info module, click the Ins/ Authorization option. Select the preferred authorization for making changes to or updating the info. 
  4. Click the Primary Auth tab on the right screen to update the primary authorization information. 
  5. You can make the required changes to the authorization information or update them. Then, click the Save Auth button to confirm the changes.
