This article provides instructions on how to add and remove staff within your facility's settings. TherapyPM allows you to customize staff role management according to your facility's specific requirements. 

Navigating the Add Staff Type Tab

  • Click on the Settings tab in the blue navigation bar (left). Under Staff Setup, select Add Staff Type.  
  • There are two tabs: All Staff Types (left) and Facility Selected Staff Types (right). 
  • You can add or remove staff titles/types however you want. 


How to Add the Staff Type to Your Facility?


Adding Staff Type:

  • Select the preferred Staff type under All Staff type (left).
  • Select Add. The preferred staff type will move to the Facility Selected Staff Types (right). 


Remove Staff Type:

  • Select the Staff type under Facility Selected Staff Types (right). 
  • Select Remove. The preferred staff type will then move to All Staff Types (left).
